3 In the Service Settings section, clear the “Run Probe as a Windows

Service” option and click OK. This uninstalls the Network

Instruments Expert Probe service from Windows.

4 Click Start → Programs → Observer → Observer. The Network

Instruments Expert Probe window opens.
